and 60s in the struggle for self-determination for oppressed people living on the North American continent. The evening's event is titled:

A Poetic Tribute to Malcolm X

Hajj Malik El Shabazz, also known as Malcolm X. Proceeds will go to the activist/artist organization The Red CalacArts Collective.
